Hummingbird images of the day
I have more hummingbirds here this time of year than usual. They are still not using the flowers as much as the feeders, but the bee balm is just starting to open and will tempt them. Here are a couple shots from tonight.

Great shots. I haven't seen a hummingbird in over a month now. When it gets as hot as it is in Phoenix right now, I think they migrate--at least for a couple of months.

Great pictures!I don't how they come out so clear it doesn't seem like they are still enough.
Absolutely beautiful. I saw a hummingbird here for the first time last year. I'm in an apartment in Madison and never thought about them one way or another. I think I'll put up special flowerboxes for them next year and a feeder. Thanks for sharing the pictures and for a great blog.
