What's blooming today.

I have been having a fun time checking out the local garden stores this week. I picked up a flowering Wegelia bush(pink flower below), some new lillies and a Cuphea hanging basket. Hopefully this will bring in some early hummingbirds.

What a beautiful paradise you have there for hummingbirds. I think it's still too early for them to arrive here. Can't wait to see them come back to the garden.

You have such lovely photos on your blog! I'll bet the hummingbirds love your flowers.

I saw two hummingbirds chasing each other today in my back garden. I have two feeders, so I'm not sure if they were fighting over the sugar-water or just courting. It was all done in fast-motion, that's for sure.

I love all of your photos! Simply gorgeous gardens; lucky little hummingbirds! :) (I'm in Oshkosh, just a bit north of you...no hummingbirds in my neighborhood yet either, though I do know a few have been spotted in our state.)
